This Privacy Policy describes how Artificial Intelligence Trading, L.P. ("AIT," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with the website at aitm.nyc (the "Site"). AIT is the data controller for processing activities described here.

2. Scope
This Policy applies to the Site and to any sub-paths, sub-domains, or direct services operated by AIT that link to this Policy. It does not apply to third-party websites linked from the Site, which have their own privacy policies.
3. Information we collect
3.1 Information you provide
- Contact-form submissions: name, email address, and message content.
- Accredited-investor attestations and related identifying information provided during due-diligence or verification processes.
- Any other information you voluntarily send to us.
3.2 Information collected automatically
- IP address, user-agent string, referring URL, pages visited, timestamps, and device/browser type.
- Coarse geolocation derived from IP (typically country/region).
3.3 Cookies and local storage
We use a small number of strictly-necessary and functional cookies and browser local-storage keys. See §12 for the full table.

5. No automated decision-making or profiling
We do not use information collected through the Site to make decisions about you by automated means, and we do not profile you within the meaning of GDPR Article 22.
6. Third-party processors
We rely on the following processors to operate the Site. Each is bound by a written data-processing agreement and operates under its own privacy framework:
- DigitalOcean, LLC — application hosting.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — DNS, CDN, TLS termination.
- Microsoft Corporation — Microsoft 365 email and calendaring.
- Any analytics or monitoring vendors we subsequently engage will be added to this list with notice.
7. International data transfers
Information collected through the Site is primarily processed in the United States. Where visitors are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, transfers to the United States rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or other valid transfer mechanisms, together with supplementary measures where required.
8. Retention
- Contact-form submissions: 24 months from submission, unless a longer retention is required by law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
- Server and access logs: 90 days.
- Cookies and local-storage: see §12.
- Accredited-investor attestations and related records: 7 years, consistent with SEC recordkeeping requirements.
9. Your rights
9.1 If the GDPR applies to you
You have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing; to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent; and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
9.2 If the CCPA/CPRA applies to you
California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, to request correction, to opt out of any sale or sharing (we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA), to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights.
9.3 How to exercise your rights
Send a written request to [email protected]. We may require information to verify your identity before responding. We aim to respond within 30 days.
10. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.
11. Security
We use TLS 1.3 for all data in transit, enforce access controls on systems that hold personal information, and maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Where GDPR Article 33 applies, we will notify the competent supervisory authority of a personal-data breach within 72 hours of becoming aware of it.

You can disable cookies and clear local storage via your browser's settings. Disabling ait.lang will cause the Site to load in English on each visit.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of the page with a revised effective date and, where appropriate, communicated by notice on the Site or by email to known contacts. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acknowledgment of the revised Policy.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under the law of your place of residence.
