ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TRADING, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (the "Partnership"), is a single‑advisor commodity pool that provides a means by which investors can engage in the buying and selling of commodity interests, specifically futures contracts and options on futures contracts. The Partnership was organized on May 2, 2025.
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TRADING MANAGEMENT, LLC, a New York limited liability company (the "General Partner") formed on May 1, 2025, is the general partner and commodity pool operator of the Partnership. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TRADING ADVISORS, LLC, a New York limited liability company (the "Advisor"), has been designated by the General Partner to serve as the trading advisor to the Partnership. The Advisor will manage the Partnership's investment portfolio on a discretionary basis consistent with the objectives of the Partnership, as well as certain other affairs of the Partnership, as further described herein. The Advisor is exempt from registration as a Commodity Trading Advisor ("CTA") with the CFTC pursuant to Section 4m(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act ("CEA"). The Advisor was formed solely to provide services to the Partnership and does not hold itself out to the general public as a CTA.
